IWE Wheel Hub Replacement I showed up without an appointment due to some sudden vibration with my F150. The service center was able to diagnose the issue, which was amazing, de I showed up without an appointment due to some sudden vibration with my F150. Less than a week later they had got a hold of some replacement IWE hubs even though it would supposedly be a month until they were available again. Service was completed in a day and as usual Fiona and Rob were top notch to deal with. They also quoted the work at a very competitive price. More

Service don’t listen to customers!!!!! Called service to book BRAND NEW TRUCK in for problem repairs. Took truck for the day and only thing managed to get completed was oil change and not e Called service to book BRAND NEW TRUCK in for problem repairs. Took truck for the day and only thing managed to get completed was oil change and not even fill of Def.. they didn’t order any parts for repair witch should have been there for day of booking... need to start listening to the customers as problems we’re simply sunroof leak. DS door leak. But what does the daily driver of the truck know!!! Now there wanting to keep truck again for couple more days to repair things that should have been done first time. little frustrating. As there was a vibration. There saying it was a driveshaft balance issue so let the customer drive it I tell they can get new one in to replace it. Clearly causing more issues with parts. To me this sounds like not very good math. As the truck will for sure be back in for more warrenty repairs. More
