John gave us an excellent service. He tried to get us a car that suited our budget. After spending 2 hours , test driving few cars, we decided to put offers on the table. Last part of the offer was to give us better condition tires or $1000 less on the price. John patiently tried to get us the deal approved by the General Sales Manager. However, this guy completely ruined all the time and effort. Graham, his name-he mentioned that he has 13 YEARS of experience at Ford!!!- he had a terrible attitude and very aggressive approach , not open to negotiate, I was offering cash payment, he was like- I want you to do financing without giving me the reasons why!. Please avoid him at all costs when trying to get a decent offer!!!! I really wanted to close the deal that day by adding more money, but with the worst customer service in my life I decided to do what he said at the end==GO HOME!!!! VERY Disrespectful!!! More

I picked up a 2022 Tundra Limited on Friday, July 22nd, 2022. I made the new vehicle purchase with Lee and she was very efficient and responsive to my enquiries. There was an attempt to add on an extende 2022. I made the new vehicle purchase with Lee and she was very efficient and responsive to my enquiries. There was an attempt to add on an extended warranty item, but it was resolved quickly with Lee. There was a second attempt to add on this same extended warranty item when I discussed the amount due with Dale, but again it was resolved in a fairly quick fashion. Upon my arrival at the dealership, the Tundra was spotless and had a full tank of gas, which is about a $160.00 value. Sam did the delivery inspection with me and was friendly and knowledgeable. The extended warranty attempts was nullified by the excellent service upon my arrival. A very friendly dealership and very organized in their delivery protocols. I would do business with them again. More

My Wife and I purchased a 2021 C-HR Limited. This was the first vehicle we had ever bought without actually touching it.
