They tried to force me to take a $900 catalytic protection plan by lying to me 3 times and said it was put on the truck at the factory. Also they also said that they had a truck coming in mid Decem protection plan by lying to me 3 times and said it was put on the truck at the factory. I do mechanical work for people and this dealership has completely made me sick. They told my immigrant friend that he needed a new sliding door, quotes him just over $1,400 parts and labor. The cable snapped and it wouldn’t auto close or open. $124 part and 20 minutes later, it was as good as new. My other immigrant buddy had a concern because he slid on ice and felt the brakes making a crunching pulsating noise. They told him he needed new rotors and pads which was $1600 with them. The issue? He never experienced abs braking before. His rotors and pads were perfect. This dealership has done this countless times to people I know. It’s sad. More

Had an issue with sunshade on the sun roof and was fixed under warranty, wasn’t fixed properly and taken back to repair at no charge. Less than a year later-same issue and told it was out of warranty and co under warranty, wasn’t fixed properly and taken back to repair at no charge. John gave us an excellent service. He tried to get us a car that suited our budget. After spending 2 hours , test driving few cars, we decided to put offers on the table. However, this guy completely ruined all the time and effort. Graham, his name-he mentioned that he has 13 YEARS of experience at Ford!!!- he had a terrible attitude and very aggressive approach , not open to negotiate, I was offering cash payment, he was like- I want you to do financing without giving me the reasons why!. Please avoid him at all costs when trying to get a decent offer!!!! I really wanted to close the deal that day by adding more money, but with the worst customer service in my life I decided to do what he said at the end==GO HOME!!!! VERY Disrespectful!!! More
