Do not get your car serviced here! Just had my evo in for routine maintenance and because the hood scoop was getting put back on after being repainted. Bad enough that I was also getting the scratches they left all over my car were getting touched up for the second time. They also left a huge gash on the front right of my bumper that I know sure as xxxx wasn't there before. Looks like when they do their routine maintenence joy ride that someone hit the ramp up to the building too hard because the undreside of the bumper is scratched too, it's bad enough that it would have to be sanded and repainted. They treat your car like absolute crap here. If they actually are willing to fix yet another scratch they put on my car and even if they are going to do it properly I probably will not go back to this awful service department. And I sure as xxxx am not willing to let them do the sanding and repainting. Bet they won't be willing to pay for the rental while the damages they caused are being fixed too. Never ever go here! More

Not retail? Not Repairing I went in to have a horrendous noise on my car repaired. The vehicle has less than 7000km on it and is barely 2 months old. There where a few other co I went in to have a horrendous noise on my car repaired. The vehicle has less than 7000km on it and is barely 2 months old. There where a few other concerns with the car to be looked at as well as an oil change. I get the car back with a Bill for almost $100. They used synthetic oil without asking or confirming. Also, I was told that the noise was normal. I went back to road test the car with a "technician" who told me he could infact hear the noise and would take ANOTHER look at it. I go back a few hours later and I'm told that they did all these and compared it to FOUR other similar vehicles and they all sounded the same. I paid my Bill and left. I took it to another dealer and had it repaired in an hour. They told me that they simply found exhaust bolts loose and tightened them to spec. Drove my car and the noise was gone. Weird eh? More
