I came to Northland to purchase my new VW on the recommendation of a family member and their experience at Northland purchasing a new golf - as a wedd I came to Northland to purchase my new VW on the recommendation of a family member and their experience at Northland purchasing a new golf - as a wedding gift no less!! Their rave review held up in spades!! I called ahead to make an appointment, I was greeted right when I walked in by Bruce; we got right down to business in assessing my needs and addressing my questions. Bruce took the time to make sure I got 100% of what I wanted and made sure I walked away totally happy with my decision. I felt listened to and fully informed with no pushy salesmanship - what a pleasant surprise as that's not been my experience at dealerships in the past . I have zero regrets with my purchase and am thoroughly impressed with my whole Northland VW experience. The gents from finance made sure I fully understood all of the decisions I was making as a lessee and Ron did the best vehicle delivery ever!! That is one Awesome Dude! So it was time to decide on a new car, or refinance an old one- I went back to the dude my mom & I dealt with years ago, Jamie! Time was not on my side, as I only had like 4 days to come up with a decision, so I called Mr. Wedgerfield up to set up a time to discuss my options- ASAP! Unfortunately, he was getting off at 4pm, but I technically work till 5pm, so we made a compromise & agreed to meet at 4:30pm. I was extremely grateful that he was willing to wait- little did I know that we would be there for another 4 hours, with the test drive & paperwork! So I am eternally grateful for the extra time he put in! First of all, he presented me with *THE* car- the one I had my eye on years ago but wasn't quite able to afford. It had everything I wanted & there it was!! I enjoyed the test drive...maybe not so much the paperwork, but hey, that wasn't his fault! I'm sure he was tired as heck & so was I...but words cannot express how grateful I was that he was able to help me deal with the VW Financial situation IMMEDIATELY! I literally called him up after lunch that day & he sold me the car that evening!!! He understood what I wanted (or as I put it, "needed") & he presented me with that very car...if that's not phenomenal customer service, I don't know what is!?! Jamie, thank you once again for all your help! Thank you for helping my mother 5 years ago with her car & now I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me find my dream car. I don't think I will buy a car from anyone else- unless you move away...so please don't! And I cannot forget Ron! Once again, he took the time to explain anything & everything! I especially appreciate the fact that he made sure I understood any differences there were between the new & the old car.
