Disappointed in the service department who forgot to change the motor oil on the car and only changed the winter tires over. Very disappointed that they packed up the take off rims / tires into the old dirty and ripped, used tires bags instead of using fresh bags. That messed up my cars interior and also my clothes when I went to unload them from the vehicle.
