He is the All-Star Superstar when it comes to sales and always a pleasure to deal with. I find that dealing with him has made the car buying experience more personal and enjoyable. He didn't get Used Car Salesman of 2014 without knowing how to make you feel more like a friend then a customer! From the moment you walk in Doug explains everything to you right down to the trade appraisal, the negotiating, to the final friendly handshake and wave good-bye in your new VW, nothing is every pushy and just an awesome pleasure to deal with.
