Got My Golf R serviced for A crack in the Cruise Sensor I was recently driving on the Highway between Edmonton and Calgary when I realized my cruise control was not working. When I arrived in Edmonton I c I was recently driving on the Highway between Edmonton and Calgary when I realized my cruise control was not working. When I arrived in Edmonton I called South Edmonton Volkswagen to take a look at the car which I had only recently purchased and they Eventually quoted me a 4000$ quote. I was extremely shocked by this, that it wasnt covered by warranty. I instantly called Oliver and he calmed me down and looked into the matter. Unfortunately the most unsatisfying part of all this is that they did not end up getting the situation fixed quickly enough in Edmonton and I had to bring the car back to Calgary. Once in Calgary Oliver and his people quickly took the car in, were able to find a way to run the problem under warranty and have me back driving in a timely manner. I could not be happier with the level of communication and friendliness provided by the staff of Northlands and could only wish the other dealers around Canada would provide the same level of service. I find it a little unsettling knowing that if something does go arry I will only get the quality of service I expect from Northlands and not other Volkswagens. Or maybe it is just that one specific location where I got nothing but cold stares and even colder responses. Thanks to Oliver for everything he did, he truly made me happy I made the choice to buy my Golf R from his team at Northlands! More

I only rate quality of work a 4 star because no one noticed that I got 3 tyres of one brand, and a single tyre of another! I don't know who to assign 4 stars to instead of 5, but that is the only individual I would rate below a 5. More
