excelent cusomer service! My fiance and I went in looking for a used car to finance at first but decided to get a used one cheaper that we didn't need to finance instead. We met with William one of their sales associates and regardless of what we wanted he was super helpful and fully catered to our need. My Jetta was at the dealership for its service/winter tires install but I ended up leaving that day as the proud owner of a Passat. It was noisy, crowded and rushed but everyone was still smiling and doing a very good job of assisting several people at once. Shane Floyd, who was my sales person, was helpful, calm and informative and very laid back on the test drive even though there were still lots of folks back at the dealership he needed to help. I was leaving the Passat at the dealership over the next week for some work and in that timeframe purchased winter wheels and tires to be installed to the Passat through Dale Sandberg. His pricing was very good and his assistance in arranging installation went without a hitch - at least any known to me! So thank you to everyone who had some part in making my purchase an enjoyable experience. More

We were soon registered with a few details of what we were looking for and shortly afterwards introduced to William Wong. He presented a 2015 Golf Sportwagon to us. He is very knowledgeable about the Volkswagen vehicles and was able to answer all our inquiries. William is truly passionate about his job and friendly and outgoing. We ended up buying the first car he showed us after we went for a test drive. When we went to pick it up a couple days later we dealt with Norm Berard and he was knowledgeable and meticulous with his paper work. Ron Roberts took his time to go over in great detail how everything works and was very patient with our first time operation of the new technologies (blue tooth etc). It was the end of the day and I'm sure he was anxious to call it a day, yet still showed us all the operations of the car. All in all a great no pressure experience. William is a great sales consultant and you can tell he truly loves the product he is selling and proud of it. More

Disappointing Customer Service Very poor after purchase customer service. Last 2 service visits were less that exemplary. One example was asked to check rear passenger tire as pressure was down 3 weeks after each inflate. Was told no issue found yet issue continued also during C service tires were to be rotated. Went to Ok tire and small leak found in rear tire where repair had ben done. I purchased 2015 Touareg demo and no mention at time there had been a tire repair. At Ok tire issue was spotted immediately and repair done and noticed no rotation had been done during C service. Contacted Northland VW service/parts manager and then 2 e-mails to Jason Locke with no replies That was over a month ago. After purchase customer service is not a priority with this dealership More
