We have had multiple experiences with Alanna, and when i say "experiences", it is simply that, an authentic experience. At no point through the process on multiple occasions do you feel like you are being sold anything, she is simply educating you and connecting you with the best "fit" for your life and particular situation. I recently changed careers and my beautiful Touareg was no longer viable as we needed two cars. Alanna guided us through the process, and ensured that both myself and my wife were completely happy, and that both vehicles fit for our lives. I am in no way a "car guy", but I do love simplicity and design, and VW checks off both of those boxes for me. Alanna was more like a tour guide for us, showing us all the attractions, and making sure we got to the right destination. Her personality is infectious, and she absolutely went out of her way on both occasions that we were back at VW for new vehicles, even staying till what i believe was 11 pm or later to help us make the deal. Alanna is the new generation of vehicle sales... she connects on a personal level, is highly knowledgeable, and makes the client feel like they have an internal partner who is working for them. Alanna also brings one of the most integral qualities to the job that is sorely missing from many other dealerships and sales people... she actually listens. I never recommend people as a general rule of thumb, partly because I don't like having the responsibility of being held accountable for a bad experience with a recommendation... I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Alanna. She will make this the easiest major decision you will ever make in your life. Guaranteed. More

Wonderful service Took my Jetta in for it's first oil change and also mentioned that the driver's seatbelt buckle wasn't working right earlier in the year, wouldn't lat Took my Jetta in for it's first oil change and also mentioned that the driver's seatbelt buckle wasn't working right earlier in the year, wouldn't latch or if it did latch it would come undone occasionally while driving. It seemed to correct itself, or so I thought. Upon inspection I was told that the buckle did not seem to be totally right so because of safety concerns they did not want me to drive it without getting a new one, (covered under warranty). They ordered it right away but wasn't coming until the next day so a rental car was arranged for me right away so I wouldn't be without a vehicle. The shuttle driver picked me up at home and dropped me off at the rental place and waited there with me to make sure everything was all set up there for me. I have never been to a service dept. that has given me such good/quick/reliable service. I definitely would recommend this dealership/service dept. for your vehicle. More
