Worst experience ever had! Worst experience ever! Were thinking to buy a new Golf Comfortline. Checked on-line website Prices and Inventory before to come to the Dealership. Worst experience ever! Clearly told what am looking for, what kind of features needed, and the budget limit. At the Test Rides (took (2) two) verified the prices that I found on the website and the prices offered in person - Got rainbow promises for 0% financing cash backs and lowering price from the website listed ("they had bad selling month (November & December) wanted to sell at least something", been told). Once decided a car and trim was a time to appreciate my present car for trade-in; started at 4pm finished 10am next day, because her manager couldn't find a price (had to call CALIFORNIA and so... blah blah blah) even after that got price of 10k $ less that even Blue Book Price (car has no accidents, dents or something mint condition; had private ready-to-buyers for around 6k $ over the Blue Book Price listed). After all of it saw the papers with a price of 2016 Golf Comfortline. Long list of Fees, Commissions, Add's and etc. and TOTAL 48,000 (BEFORE INTEREST APPLIES) $ for GOLF. Once looked closely on prices found completely different price for car itself than we discussed before, much bigger difference in price on adds than been promised once been selected. NO 0% financing, NO CASH BACK. Worst Worst Experience!!! Think twice before to go there! More
