I walked in simply to explore some options, and Nikki greeted me immediately. She's new to the industry and I would have never guessed had she not told me - she handled the whole process like a seasoned vet. She found me a beautiful 2015 Golf Highline manual (#savethemanuals) with tons of goodies and extra incentives. It's only been two days, but the pushbutton start and keyless entry system are completely life altering. Who's stressed fumbling for keys leaving the Starbucks with a coffee in both hands? Not this guy. The car drives like it's on rails, and I usually only see seats this comfortable in an Audi S4. Oliver Lay was the sales manager on duty that evening, and really came through on the my trade valuation. At the end of the day, I wound up with a car that's much better suited for my golden retriever and I, chock full of features that I wished I'd paid for two years ago, and I'm saving $8000 in interest over the life of the loan. Oh, and my monthly payment is 30 bucks less a month. Couldn't be happier with the way things turned out - Nikki and Oliver, thank you both so much. PS I don't really select a sales person on any of the 5 options below - I want the person who wants me as a client. If I hadn't gotten that feeling from both of you, I wouldn't have bought the car.
