Needless to say, the car-buying experience was demystified, streamlined, and really cool. I drove away less than 24 hours later with my new best friend -- a 2015 VW Beetle Classic. He told us personal experences with his vehicle and also tryed to get us anything/everything he could. It really helps when the employee knows EVERY detail of the make of vehicle your looking at or willing to find out for you. We were only planning to look and Doug made us feel we need this, he made us feel human and never presured us, which was nice! Even when we came back to pick up the car, he made a point of making sure he could be there. Even till the end he was there! More
