I started dealing with Harsha Bhatnager and he presented me with all the initial info connected to the trim required. He knew all the trims and differences between them and within an hour we figured out a appropriate vehicle. After we agreed about everything he redirected me to Matt De Silva. He was awesome. He explained more about different upgrades available and I went for remote starter and winter package fore a good price and VW metal rims with winter tires and free swap during the year. Matt also was more than clear with lease option that actually worked out for me great. More over, when I it is appeared that I could purchase winter tires actually a bit cheaper, Matt talked to his GM Jason Locke and they matched this price! I got 200 CAD back and was really impressed with their approach to a client. Finally, after a week only I drove out my VW Beetle and the vehicle is just great. It is quick and peppy and has 4 years warranty on it. Thanks for Harsha, Matt and Jason Locke for their dedicating work with clients. Just a note, make sure you come early enough before local registry is closed. Otherwise you might come back the other day to register a vehicle. More

Outstanding in every respect I was lucky enough to have met and dealt with Harsha Bhatnagar, who could not possibly have been kinder, better, more knowledgeable or professional. He and everyone else at this dealership made it a pleasure to be there. There is absolutely no pressure, no sales pitch, nothing except a genuine wish to help find you what you're looking for--and help you to really consider what that is. I'd gone in firmly committed to replacing my original Jetta, which was lost in a head-on collision (after first saving my life, according to Firefighters on scene),, But after spending almost the entire day with Harsha (who very tactfully took me first to a church parking lot for my first time driving after the crash.. ..around and around...and around ..the lot)...and gradually venturing out in the big world onto Crowchild Tr : ) (so, 'therapy included'!) At any rate...after having had all that time to think, and to consider every possibility and combination, I decided what I really needed at this point was something more compact etc. Remarkably, he did not once weigh in on this choice (Golf) turbo until after I'd decided--and I appreciate this even more in retrospect. I don't have adequate words at the moment to express this-- but will give it a try-- not only is Harsha a first class agent, but an outstanding human being. He would be an asset anywhere, and humanize any corporate environment. That said--the whole atmosphere here is pretty wonderful to start with, from sales ( Harsha, Alanna, Ron) to finance (Trevor, Manou). Thank you all for making this such a good experience. More
