There is a little bit of fear when you bring your car into service. I can tell you at Northland Volkswagen you fears are unnecessary. Busy winter tire season... great service. I just had new winter tires put on my Beetle and despite the onslaught of cars needing winter tires the service was excellent. I was able to take my Beetle in at the beginning of the day, have a ride back home and be notified when things were done. If I had chosen to use the shuttle service to go back at the end of the day I had that option. I particularly like the regular communication and if I need to get an update everyone is happy to hear from me!! More
