Normally we are happy to work with customers within reason. This is not one of those cases. Your wife purchased a vehicle from us 22 months, and approximately 55,000 kms ago and the car now requires brakes. Brakes wear out, especially on full size Trucks/SUV's. To not expect them not to is not reasonable. Especially since driving habits and conditions can have a dramatic impact on how fast they wear out. Getting 55,000 kms out of a set of brake pads/rotors is well within a reasonable expectation/life span. It is a regular maintenance item and requires replacement from time to time. Where things went off the rails is when you accused us of selling unsafe vehicles and endangering the public because..... Your brakes wore out almost 2 years and 55,000 kms after purchase, which is an incredibly unreasonable and hyperbolic claim to make, and I am sure most people reading this would agree.
