I had a rather dubious experience at this Service department once a couple of years ago, but since then it has been truly excellent. With the two recent appointments (oil change and inspection, and investigating some battery concerns this week—both with Dustin Therens), I was treated just as I expect to be: with respect and attention, and honesty. The timing belt was inspected and not replaced because its condition is fine, despite the average life span predictions), the battery was checked and not replaced because the charge is fine. I do not feel any proverbial pressure to have things pushed on me. The shuttle service and drivers are as punctual and courteous as they should be and everything works smoothly and professionally. I did wonder whether I should continue taking my car there for service at some point especially because I am post warranty for several years now, but with every highly positive experience such as the ones I am relating here I am more convinced that this is the place I trust and want to deal with. As a separate note, for eight years after I bought my car from Guy Trahan, I feel comfortable calling him up and asking for advice in critical situations. Speaks for itself. More

Over priced Blowing a dealership to do the service on your vehicle is always costly but it is ridiculous to charge $132 plus GST for an oil change. Also having them check out is sputtering when coming to a stop, for them to come back and assess saying I need new spark plugs which will cost me an additional $350 and they would recommend A fuel ejection cleaning which would also cost extra the grand total of it would’ve costed me $1000 for an oil change spark plugs and fuel injection cleaned. I opted out to still get charged $309 for them to assess and do the oil change absolutely ridiculous. Will never go back nor do I recommend this place or any dealership More
