I made an apt for some random things that I needed looked at. I called back a few days later to add another item that I wanted looked at- the chips on my door that I was told touch ups are part of the mainte at. They didn’t. I brought it up to the girl when I brought it up and was told that it’s part of detailing but that she’d ask about it. I never heard an update on it and it wasn’t addressed. Also brought my tires there to get changed over last month and they didn’t bother to tell me that one of the tires needs to be replaced. Just put them all in my trunk and gave me my car back. I would expect to be told this upon pick up. Not the best service so far and am disappointed in my experience so far. More

Booked in initially because of some steering wheel button that broke. It was a special order part and they said they’d call when it arrived. I waited for 3 weeks and ended up calling myself and found out tha that broke. It was a special order part and they said they’d call when it arrived. I waited for 3 weeks and ended up calling myself and found out that the parts arrived. Booked in a week later and scheduled a regular service at the same time. The work order said the front and rear wheels were swapped (as part of the service) but judging by the brake dust on the wheels (significantly more dust is produced by the front brakes) it was apparent this wasn’t even done. The work got done which is great, but the lead up to it was disappointing. More
