Nikki was courtesy and constantly available to help. Not impressed the price changed when I went to pay with cash. The price increased $1,000. Drove many different brands of vehicles, Nikki definitely encouraged buying Volkswagen over Nissan, Ford, BMW and Toyota. That pressure was clear through the process. Overall happy with process. Manou was fantastic in finance department and I found her very helpful with years of experience. This was an ok experience compared to the last dealership I purchased from, but timing was important, so it it was a fit. More
