I have bought 2 vehicles in the past 5 years from Northland. we had a good experience and decided to bring my 20 year old son to buy a car from them as well. the used car salesman was your stereotypi Northland. we had a good experience and decided to bring my 20 year old son to buy a car from them as well. the used car salesman was your stereotypical used car salesman and upsold him almost 14k worth of things that he did not need or want. This is absolutely disgusting to take advantage of a young man who does not understand all of the items they are telling him that he needs. For this reason alone I will never give Northland Volkswagen another cent of my money for either a new car or for any service on the brand new car that we just bought. I will also not recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new car or a used car if this is how they treat repeat customers and their families. Shame on you Northland!! More

Fair pricing compared to the other two VW dealers in town. Honestly most things were cheaper at Northland. What a great place, I bought my Volkswagen Atlas earlier this year from this dealership and just got my second service done. From sales, customer service, vehicle service, parts department, service manager this year from this dealership and just got my second service done. From sales, customer service, vehicle service, parts department, service manager all of them are great.
