Airbag malfunction with my vehicle within two months of purchasing, told it was not covered by warranty and had to order in part. Made an appointment for three weeks away and the service person didn’t sche purchasing, told it was not covered by warranty and had to order in part. On appointment day I was told I needed to make another appointment because of this error so the following week when I brought it in, after a couple of hours they called and said they forgot to order the parts! So now I have to bring it back a third time for the same issue. Seriously regretting purchasing a VW at this point. More
