On the date that I dropped my car, Jane helped me out. She was very patient to understand the problem of my car when I tried to explain. She also helped me to solve my probelm when I needed a car for temporary. I believe she is also a very detail and organize person when I saw her notes of my car problem. There was another person helped me with the rental car. Unforunately, I forgot her name. I was supposed to wait for the person who handle the car rental but she was out for lunch. The sales rep followed up with me shortly after I picked up the vehicle to assure I was happy with the purchase. When I had mentioned there was a plastic piece that pops off the car, he arranged immediately for myself to bring the vehicle in. The warranty manager was great to deal with and arranged for an appointment based on my back and forth schedule from Vancouver and Calgary. All in all, the part still pops off, but I appreciate how attentive the staff are and that they follow up with a text/email to assure everything is fine. It really shows they care, which is hard to find in sales. More
