unfortunately i cannot give a full 5 only because when i brought my vehicle in a month ago for its yearly service, how my break pads were measured implied that my rear breaks were fine and only my front bre brought my vehicle in a month ago for its yearly service, how my break pads were measured implied that my rear breaks were fine and only my front breaks needed replacing at the time. i brought my car in because of a strange clunking that started after the my initial service, and that was great. but while they were fixing the issue, they took apart my the tire with the rear breaks, and found that my rear breaks were in fact in bad shape and needed to be replaced immediately and should’ve been done at the scheduled first appointment. the service team was helpful, and helped me understand how the mistake happened, but it’s still rather upsetting. i am relieved that my breaks didn’t fail while i was driving, and the issue was fixed, but there is a big difference between 55mm and 2mm. More
