My vehicle was in for an out of province inspection. I was informed that it didn’t pass because the rear rotors were rusted on the inside and needed to be replaced. I had no choice but to agree as I nee I was informed that it didn’t pass because the rear rotors were rusted on the inside and needed to be replaced. I had no choice but to agree as I needed the car to pass in order to get it registered. $700.00 for the rotors but the pads were fine. When I looked at the rotors, they could have been easily cleaned up with a wire brush and they were totally within tolerance. I am very disappointed that they took advantage of the fact that they were doing the inspection and I could not go elsewhere at that point. And they charged me the full flat rate for rotor replacement even though they already had the job partially done during the inspection. I was definitely ripped off by Northland VW. More

Too bad 5 of the 16 wheel liner bolts seem to have not made it back on the car. Give your technicians time to do the job completely or have a quality control manager look at the vehicle before its given back to the customer. More
