I made an apt for some random things that I needed looked at. I called back a few days later to add another item that I wanted looked at- the chips on my door that I was told touch ups are part of the mainte at. I called back a few days later to add another item that I wanted looked at- the chips on my door that I was told touch ups are part of the maintenance package. They said they added it to the apt. They didn’t. I brought it up to the girl when I brought it up and was told that it’s part of detailing but that she’d ask about it. I never heard an update on it and it wasn’t addressed. Also brought my tires there to get changed over last month and they didn’t bother to tell me that one of the tires needs to be replaced. Just put them all in my trunk and gave me my car back. I would expect to be told this upon pick up. Not the best service so far and am disappointed in my experience so far. More

Excellent staff in every department and transparent. Went in for a tire swap and oil change. I’m not sure if the tire bags were reused but they were pretty dirty once returned to my vehicle with the win Went in for a tire swap and oil change.
