I filled out a work order list of warranty items online and booked the appointment. The dealer included a 30 point inspection, but never provided a report afterwards or explained what was done. only half and booked the appointment. Excuses for warning alerts on the dashboard but they said it never registered on the computer??? Plus they missed the parts we wanted replaced and when we went to pick up the car..."ooh well sorry your list was too long, go to the parts department and get it yourself"??? Northland VW More

When I booked my oil change they couldn’t give me a quote or time frame. When I showed up for my appointment they said it would be an hour. After an hour, they said they didn’t know how much longer, after 2 or time frame. When I showed up for my appointment they said it would be an hour. After an hour, they said they didn’t know how much longer, after 2 hours they said they didnt know how much longer but they could shuttle me if I needed to go somewhere. I wouldn’t make it back before closing and they said I couldn’t pay for my service in advance. After 2 1/2 hours I said I needed to go and they said my car hadn’t gone in yet. They said booking a time doesn’t guarantee a time. I said I didn’t know when I would be available to bring it back and they didn’t care. I asked for compensation and they said they said they would look into it but I have not heard back. More
