I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience at Northland Volkswagen. I'd previously sworn off VW/Audi after an obscene warranty fiasco that plagued the MK5 GTIs and their glorious experience at Northland Volkswagen. I'd previously sworn off VW/Audi after an obscene warranty fiasco that plagued the MK5 GTIs and their glorious Cam Follower shenanigans. However... I was willing to be at least open minded. Vincent completely changed my opinion of what the brand and service is about when I found a beauty 1 owner 4 Ring sedan, hiding on the used car side just aching for a new home. From the start, he was respectful, easy to talk to, and never once made me feel pressured. No games, no wasting my time, and no constant calls or texts. None of that fake 'rigmarole'. He gave me straight answers, didnt xx me about any issues with the car, was upfront with pricing, and was even willing to work around my schedule to make things happen. As someone who understands what the car businessis like, and works 12 hour shift work days or nights, where my schedule rarely lines up with the masses, people need days off too and I dont want someone coming in on their day off for me. The fact that he would, I appreciate. Buying a vehicle is usually something I dread especially given the circumstances, but this was the complete opposite. It was simple, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Having the rest of the team like Candace get the registration swapped over, car detailed, fueled, refined, and ready to rock, all in a 24 hour span while I finished my roster at work was outstanding!
