Worst dealership. They sold me a 2024 vw atlas cross sport. It was a total lemon, headlights didn’t work, none of the interior controls worked. They had to buy it back off of me after a lot of back and forth nonsense. They sold me another brand new 2024 vw atlas cross sport. It is also a lemon. I have brought it back for various electrical issues several times and they say they “reset it” and as soon as I drive away the problem is still there. Currently, the windshield wipers won’t turn off. After bringing it back and forth for appointments numerous times with no resolve, It has now been sitting in their lot for the past two months waiting for parts. I don’t get any updates and they don’t answer the phone. They’ve given me a rental at least but with no winter tires. They aren’t helpful with this situation and tried to rope me in to a new loan, offering me only a fraction of what I owe on the atlas. Don’t buy here. They’re only interested in the sale and won’t help you when the vehicle inevitably is full of problems. I should mention I also spent thousands on all the extended warranty. Seems to be useless. More

Airbag malfunction with my vehicle within two months of purchasing, told it was not covered by warranty and had to order in part. Made an appointment for three weeks away and the service person didn’t sche purchasing, told it was not covered by warranty and had to order in part. Made an appointment for three weeks away and the service person didn’t schedule it properly. On appointment day I was told I needed to make another appointment because of this error so the following week when I brought it in, after a couple of hours they called and said they forgot to order the parts! So now I have to bring it back a third time for the same issue. Seriously regretting purchasing a VW at this point. More
Excellent customer service! I took my car in for an oil change and to replace a fog light. All I had to do was check the boxes for the work I wanted done — I really liked how simple and clear that was. But the thing I’ll never forget, and the reason they will always be my shop, is their kindness. They kept my car for over a week because I had nowhere to park it. That meant so much to me.
