Airbag malfunction with my vehicle within two months of purchasing, told it was not covered by warranty and had to order in part. Made an appointment for three weeks away and the service person didn’t sche purchasing, told it was not covered by warranty and had to order in part. Made an appointment for three weeks away and the service person didn’t schedule it properly. On appointment day I was told I needed to make another appointment because of this error so the following week when I brought it in, after a couple of hours they called and said they forgot to order the parts! So now I have to bring it back a third time for the same issue. Seriously regretting purchasing a VW at this point. More
Excellent customer service! I took my car in for an oil change and to replace a fog light. All I had to do was check the boxes for the work I wanted done — I really liked how simple and clear that was. But the thing I’ll never forget, and the reason they will always be my shop, is their kindness. They kept my car for over a week because I had nowhere to park it. That meant so much to me. Had an issue starting my 2005 Jetta. The battery was replaced at the initial service but would not start the next day. Had a lot of trouble getting in touch with a service agents. No one was picking up the line and messages were not being returned. My Jetta sat for a week before anyone responded to me or tell me what they thought the problem was. Another 5 days before the ordered part was installed. Very poor communication and customer service all round. More
Breakdown and proper communication to prevent misunderstandings about the service and bill.
