I purchased a 2024 Volkswagen Atlas and have been consistently frustrated by ongoing issues with the VW Car-Net system. The vehicle does not respond to remote commands through the Car-Net app — no re consistently frustrated by ongoing issues with the VW Car-Net system. The vehicle does not respond to remote commands through the Car-Net app — no remote start, lock/unlock, or vehicle status updates. I’ve brought the car to this dealership three separate times, and despite their efforts, the issue remains unresolved. Each visit has ended with vague explanations, no real fixes, and no clear communication about next steps or escalation. For a brand-new vehicle, this kind of connectivity failure is disappointing — and for the dealership to be unable to address it after multiple attempts is even more frustrating. I expected better from both Volkswagen and this dealership, especially considering how heavily VW markets their digital features. I hope they find a solution soon, but until then, I can’t recommend this dealership based on my experience. More

Today was my first appointment with your dealership after I bought a new Tiguan in your dealership. She didn’t explain me what happened on my car when I approached her to pick up my car. She just asked me to sign the paper and asked me to wait her at front. She didn’t tell me that my car wasn’t fixed and I will be contacted again upon the part arrival next week. If I didn’t ask her and I didn’t know my car wasn’t be fixed when you drove my car in the front side. My car’s seatbelt bucket was not working properly, I asked her what did I do, I could not fasten my seatbelt because it wasn’t be buckled. She said “I don’t know” and no advice at all, then she walked back to the garage. I felt she was not caring me at this stage as a customer and she didn’t have heart to do her job. I wonder if I will still come again for any service in the future. More
