Frustrated after a half hour search in the parking lot at the dealer I went home to eat as I hadn't yet all day Made a apt to bring the vehicle back into the shop for a more thorough search It now became the shop mystery everyone had there head in there looking Still no luck they pin pointed to the front and lifted the passenger seat up and under the carpet near the megiminsion that moves the seat back and forth it was lodged under the carpet My stress was immediately gone and the hunt was over Everyone was as curious as I was as to weher it could have gone Hours of hand and arm searching in every nook and cranny in the vehicle.. Very helpful and straight forward (a huge plus in my books!) Lora was a pleasure to work with. She was a lot of fun! Shawn was very helpful too. I would give it a straight 5 stars except for that one unpleasant encounter. However, Lucas' persistence (without being overbearing) won me back. I highly recommend working with Lucas.
