We came in because there was a chance to win $50 000 just for test driving a new Nissan. Tyson was very friendly and helpful. We were interested in an SUV for our family, and he showed us all of the differ for test driving a new Nissan. Tyson was very friendly and helpful. We were interested in an SUV for our family, and he showed us all of the different options. We had a 2010 Honda CR-V. We loved it, but found it a bit small and light. The Murano was just what we were looking for. Tyson and Shawn did not put a lot of pressure on us, but let us take the vehicle for the weekend and worked out a payment plan that suited our budget. This is honestly the best experience we ever had in buying a vehicle. We would highly recommend Tyson, Shawn and the team from Northland Nissan. More
Robbie helped me with picking out the best car for myself and my family, which we are very pleased with. He was very respectful and I had I ring my 3 year d with me while buying my car and all the staff help and my family, which we are very pleased with. The service department is excellent and I have told the Service manager that I believe that he and his department are the only ones with ethics at the dealership. When I purchased my vehicle, I was direct Service manager that I believe that he and his department are the only ones with ethics at the dealership. When I purchased my vehicle, I was directly lied to by the Sales Manager. I was told that there was a gas tax that the governemnt required them to charge that was $96. I asked him if he was charging me $96 for a tankof gas and he respinded that he was not; that it a tax he was required to charge by the government. It took me 3 months to confirm with government officials that was no such tax and only then did he admit that the charge was for a tank of gas. For me, it is not the $96; it is the principle (or the lack of principles). How do you trust that person (dealership) again? He also slipped in a tire/rim insurance onto the price without any prior discussion. It was only when I questioned the final price that he admitted that he had added it in. So when I think of the sales department, I think of deception and dishonesty. I don't know if the General Manager promotes or just condones this type of behavior. In either case the result is the same. When I discussed this issue with him, he responded that this sales manger brings in more business than any other did. The service department is wonderful; it's a joy to talk with them. They are straightforward, honest and competent. Their rates are high - but then they are a dealership. More
