Tyson was an amazing dealer!! Made an awesome you tube video to show me about the different jukes available. Made it easy and comfortable to see a tour of a juke before even going to the dealership. We bought a Juke in Aug. 2013. My husband looked at them on the internet and then sent an e-mail to Northland Nissan regarding a price. Tyson replied back to us and included a video he made showing us the on the internet and then sent an e-mail to Northland Nissan regarding a price. Tyson replied back to us and included a video he made showing us the Juke inside and out. He sold us at that moment. From there we went to the dealership and took one for a test drive. First with Tyson driving and giving us a running commentary on the vehicle. Then I drove it and he sat in the front with me and had me try different aspects of the Juke. As I was going to be the one driving the vehicle he spoke directly to me and not just to my husband as I have had other sales people do in the past. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle it made it easy to choose to buy it. Our only problem was what colour to choose. He allowed us to take the vehicle over night and when we brought it back, he did not push us to buy it but allowed us to choose on our own. Once the decision was made he took us inside and introduced us to Shawn. Together the two of them helped us to set everything up. It took a little while but they both came to us regularly to let us know what was happening and to keep us in the loop. We have been very impressed since the day we bought our vehicle with the whole dealership. They are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure all your needs are met and that you are happy.
