Fan-freakin-tastic!!!!! I bought a pre-owned 2013 Nissan Sentra from Zach and he was fantastic. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Best of all he listened to what I said I needed in a car and knew which vehicle would be right for me. He did not try to push something I didn't want. I absolutely love my car. The check engine light came on a few days after I got my car and Zach made sure to get it taken car of. Everyone was great. Kyle in finance was also super friendly and very patient. I had my two young kids with me when I was signing the papers and they were getting restless and demanding my attention and Kyle was so patient. He was really great. Overall I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Zach and Northland Nissan. More

Awesome experience for a "first time buyer" I was nervous walking on the lot with my son, I didn't want to "deal" with a pushy salesperson. I hadnt bought a new vehicle in 30 years and at that t I was nervous walking on the lot with my son, I didn't want to "deal" with a pushy salesperson. I hadnt bought a new vehicle in 30 years and at that time my husband did the talking. I was met by Lucas, he was very personable and professional. I was put at ease right away and took a test drive in a Qashqai (I was nervous and hope I didn't scare him too much) and was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle and the Qashqai itself. Kyle, who has a great attitude and lots of patience, walked me through the financing and everything went smoothly. I could not have asked for a better experience overall! More

Vehicle purchase My dealings started over the internet with Lucas followed by phone calls and/or e-mails. Orginally we were looking to purchase to replace a 2004 Mura My dealings started over the internet with Lucas followed by phone calls and/or e-mails. Orginally we were looking to purchase to replace a 2004 Murano but decided to pay for repairs rather than purchase. Subsequent, we were involve in a single vehicle roll over accident which resulted in the vehicle being written off. I reconnected with Lucas and we negotiated a price (via e-mail) for a new Murano. Lucas was very professional and had my best interest in heart. Great job - would not hesitate to recommend. More
