Never bill correctly when having service, always have to educate their staff, waot for invoices to be reprinted. Can't trust what they put in front of you. My pathfinder was in the dealerships at three different times to fix a noise coming from the dashboard a year after I bought it. The noise would go away for a bit but kept coming back. It’s still an issue times to fix a noise coming from the dashboard a year after I bought it. The noise would go away for a bit but kept coming back. It’s still an issue but they said it has been looked at so they were not going to do anything about it though I have the extended warranty until 2026. If I still wanted it to be looked at it I had to pay for it. Never going to buy a Nissan vehicle again More

Dealing with the Service Department is always a positive experience. During this visit I was pleased to get a break on two areas of the bill ,due to an e-coupon, that i was not expecting. Took advantage o experience. During this visit I was pleased to get a break on two areas of the bill ,due to an e-coupon, that i was not expecting. Took advantage of the shuttle service to take me home and pick me up when work was done. As always they give the vehicle a wash and clean the floor mats. More
