Got a good price that was within budget on vehicles we each wanted (Tim even found the model of car in the colour I wanted to purchase) without being pressured. Everyone else was friendly and accommodating. Buying a car from here was definitely a lot more enjoyable and a whole lot less stressful than at other places we had visited. More

Having never purchased from a dealership before I was pretty nervous but Tim and the boys were extremely respectful and courteous as I fumbled my way through my first negotiation. In the end I got the exact vehicle I wanted for a fantastic price and I can rest assured knowing it was fully inspected by professional mechanics. They even replaced the rear brakes before I took ownership without my even needing to ask, how great is that? More

Excellent Sales Experience with Vinh Tram When I decided to get a new Sportage I went to another dealership and was treated very badly. I approached Northland KIA and I was greeted by a person with such a big smile that made me felt comfortable right away. This person is Vinh Tram. I explained what I needed and Vinh took me around the showroom and explained the 2017 Sportage. He answered all my questions. He took me for a test drive and explained the features of the car to my satisfaction. I bought the car. Vinh called numerous times checking to see how I am and asked if the Sportage is still working for me and if there is anything he could do for me. I still enjoy my 2017 Red Sportage. Because of Vinh I brought my Sportage from Northland KIA and if I need another car I will definitely buy it from Vinh. More

My dealings were primarily with Andrew, who couldn't be more professional, pleasurable and accommodating. Despite the fact that the car wasn't a Kia, Andy had a knowledge of the vehicle like it was a brand that he specialized in. The whole sales and negotiation process was stress free and pleasant with Andy working around my schedule, as opposed to the other way around. After experiencing a small computer-related glitch during the financing process, Andy gave us one of Northland's loaner vehicles to take home for the evening. Definitely a nice gesture. David in Finance was excellent, too. Pleasant, efficient and was completely transparent in terms of the financing process. The whole team at Northland Kia were a pleasure to deal with, answering all questions and swiftly dealing with any concerns that we had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
