We would like to thank Northland Hyundai for taking care of us completely!!!! We purchased our 2015 Tucson almost 8 years ago. Long story short, our engine started having issues and our local mechanic coded of us completely!!!! We purchased our 2015 Tucson almost 8 years ago. Long story short, our engine started having issues and our local mechanic coded an engine replacement. I was totally devastated as this is our main vehicle. With the help of our local mechanic, Don and I proceeded to make arrangements. Our engine replacement was completed within approximately 3 weeks at absolutely no cost to us. We are so thankful and amazed at how well everything fell into place. I'd also like to personally thank Don and Dave who kept in touch with us, had our vehicle towed to the dealership 3 hours away at no cost to us, arranged a rental at no cost while they ordered our new engine from Korea. We did provide the dealership with proper repair & maintenance invoices and we were under kms for our warranty. This repair could not have gone more smoothly. We are absolutely appreciative of the customer service and care we received from Northland Hyundai. We will be purchasing from this dealership again!! More

I just purchased a Nissan Rogue a few weeks ago and the customer service we received was top notch! We dealt with Chris Bone in Sales and Chis Perry in Finance. I bought Hyundai Elantra hybrid on April 20th,2021. I had to wait over an hour to get paper work done. They did not clean my car as they should. I was told that detailer will be back next week then I got cal to wait over an hour to get paper work done. They did not clean my car as they should. I was told that detailer will be back next week then I got call from salesman on Monday april26 and he said detailer is back and what time will work for me. I told him I can come after April 27,2021. He told me he will call me back with time and date that will work for me. He did not call me back so I called him on April 28 and he said he can get my car clean may 5th,2021. So it is taking them 3 weeks to get my car clean. Just to mention my brand new car has stains on back seats and passenger seats. It doesn’t look like brand new car. So I did survey on their website and sales manager mike called and told me that I can stop by get stains removed from the seats but I have to go back there on May 5, 2021 to get my car clean. The only question I have is that, is this kind of customer service you provide? After getting money you want to tell customer to f**off. They really don’t care about customer service. I wish I knew before hand about them. I will never recommend someone to go buy vehicle from them. More

Amazing customer service and made me feel like family! My friend who had Chris as her salesperson referred me so my salesman Don promised her a 200.00 referral fee. They are refusing to pay her . xxx!!! A bunch of crooks!!!! They won’t respond to my emails. Pro ised a 200.00 cheque to be written this week, now Wednesday and absolutely no communications. This outfit is bad news stay away!!!!!!!!!! More
