Worst experience i have ever had in customer service Came from 2 hours away to buy a vehicle, set up the deal, and got everything ready. they were extremely great to deal with and polite, signed all the Came from 2 hours away to buy a vehicle, set up the deal, and got everything ready. they were extremely great to deal with and polite, signed all the paperwork and set up the day to come get the vehicle. When I came to get the vehicle it wasn't ready. was told it was too bad and id just have to come again even tho I now had no vehicle on the road and had set up a ride to come get the vehicle. Manager told me I had time to waste and could come back. after much discussion the salesman finally decided to deliver the vehicle. vehicle was supposed to be delivered the next day. waited all day and finally I called.The managerswore at me, told me I could wait until it was convenient for them. I was cabbing it to work and back because I had no vehicle at the moment. I called the used car association after the talk with the manager. they called me and decided I would have the vehicle the next day. when they brought the vehicle they had broken multiple tire pressure monitor sensors and didn't put the wheel lock in the vehicle. I was buying a range rover. it wasn't a cheap purchase and only wanted to be treated with respect. be very careful. they will treat you like gold until they have your signature on the bottom line. on a side note. within the first week of owning the vehicle, airbag light came on and transmission starting to cause issues which both I was told was my problem.. I always thought certify meant airbags would work but o well. More
