We take immense initiative and pride in being one of the best in business through excellence in customer service, 100% transparency in transactions and carrying the best valued proposition for every customerr. We are truly sorry that your experience has been less than satisfactory and would love to do anything in our power to make it up to you. I have personally looked into every detail of this transaction to help shed some light on what could have gone wrong. From what i can see in records ( phone calls and emails), the vehicle was picked up by a driver on the set delivery date. It has been noted in the system that the delivery was delayed due to absence of water thanks to city main breakdown and repairs. I am sorry for the delay and any inconvenience that it may have caused you. I would like to compensate you with a gas card for your troubles and would ask if you could contact me so that i may do so. The vehicle itself did not come with wheel locks and nothing is added or removed from vehicles unless options are purchased and added after sale. It was explained to the lady who viewed the vehicle that there are no tire sensors with the provided tires that came with the vehicle. Unfortunately, vehicles breakdown all the time both brand new and pre-owned. We do back every vehicle we sale with a 36 day warranty for anything safety related issues. Please let me know whom you spoke to that suggested you would be on your own with any issues and i will hold them accountable. Thanks but that's not the sale.. Must be a common issue tho. Its too late and I do not want anything from the dealership . I own my own company and have made sure to spread the word and to the government agencies I do business with. If I can keep one person to have to deal with the headache I did then I'll be more then happy .
