i just have to share this moment, i just told my boyfriend about my suprise and his about to cry! haha. his always been a fan of SUV's but their pricy he says and their maintenance is high and so on boyfriend about my suprise and his about to cry! haha. his always been a fan of SUV's but their pricy he says and their maintenance is high and so on, but really i just think he never found a beautiful SUV worth its price and that he could affford. i think with my purchase my boyfriend now regretts buying his new hyundai genesis since he found out that i got a cherokee for less monthly payments than his, specially when i can actually drive it in our weather, and oh yeah my cars muchhhh nicer ??. just wanted to say i'm really thankful to these guys and my awesome car. Def will be coming back to them for my next car! More

After extensive searching for a used $35000 VW I was pleased to see North York Chrysler had the car I was looking for offered at a reasonable price in comparison to other cars both for sale by owners an pleased to see North York Chrysler had the car I was looking for offered at a reasonable price in comparison to other cars both for sale by owners and other dealerships. My wife and I made an appointment to view the car on a Friday evening driving from Oakville to the dealership located on young street ,north of Steels ave. left a message with John Paul that we would be running late as traffic was a nightmare. Upon arrival at the dealership I was greeted by J P with a rather snotty what do you expect "it's Toronto" to the traffic issue and my late arrival. at this point it was close about 35min to the dealerships official closing time 6pm,and I felt a little resistance in terms of going for a test drive.JP wet what I guess would be the mangers booth returned and said "before we go I want to show you a few things, so we are absolutely clear " he proceeded to show me his online listing of the vehicle again then the carfax report, at this point I stopped him as I had done quite a bit of research regarding this car I was able to tell him where and when it was purchased the maintenance history etc. all information he was not able to provide me! Then to a simple question like when did the dealership purchase the car he replied " oh ,I don't know that" !? Weird ! I thought and then I got from him " and lets just be clear the price is the price so unless you agree to paying full list, there is no reason for me to show you the vehicle, so do you agree !?" 2 seconds of stunned silence from me and I told my wife it's time to leave !!!! The worst experience at a car dealership ever!!!! A rude arrogant snotty salesperson with half the information on what he is selling,if you are going to have that kind of attitude you better make sure you have all the answers and more information than a customer,not just the fact sheet the dealership provides you. Guess that that may work with some people but not informed customers.Oh before I forget I was told that the owner sets the price on all vehicles and that they are more than competitive,well I beg to differ but I guess you hear that from most dealerships anyway. Last but not least is that I probably would have purchased the the car at the asking price if my wife would have liked the ride !!! Pretty sure she would have,but they must sell allot of cars they don't need my $35000.00 cash. One more thing I figured out that they must have bought the car in October sometime as the 1 yr. lease from VW was up in September, so it's been sitting on their lot for 3 months.thats for you John Paul just in case your next customer wants to know!!! More

I have bought several vehicles in the last 20 years and usually dread the haggling and always feeling like I didn't get as good a deal as I should have. This buy was refreshing for my wife and I in that we dealt with a very pleasant and straightforward young man. Randy gave us a feeling that he was really trying to understand what we wanted in the van and laid out all the pricing and options in a very clear manner. He has a very personable demeanor and made the whole process easy -from the test drive to the ironing out of the details. He even followed up a few days ago to ask me how we were enjoying the van. I highly recommend this dealership and Randy as a salesperson. More

I had been looking at BMW 328s for about 3 weeks and I always noticed North York Chrysler popping up on autotrader. So I thought id go c what they have in person. A manager named ash greatered me in always noticed North York Chrysler popping up on autotrader. So I thought id go c what they have in person. A manager named ash greatered me introduced me to a salesmen named John paul. He seemed quite at the start but once he pulled up a bmw he jus wouldn't stop talking about the features. He was very informed with his inventory. This was very impressive because I had just come from a bmw dealership and jp's knowledge was on par with bmw. I was upset a tad with fact that my vehicle had very little gas when picking up the vehicle but supposedly if they don't charge gas they don't put gas in :$. I would recommend North York Chrysler for anyone looking for a good and hassle free car buying experience. More

I came into the dealership looking for a brand new jeep wrangler and I was immediately greeted by a friendly sales associate.
