The .vehicle was better than I had hoped for, so I purchased it, fantastic service by each staff member I interacted with to complete the sale,. ,, after Leo helped me get everything set up and I was shown every feature of the car and he even set up my phone to car connect for me, then had my GPS all ready to guide me home. KIA Niro PHEV I bought KIA Niro last week. The staff was very helpful and Manu explained all the options. I was comparing other vehicles and so far I am very happy I bought KIA Niro last week. The staff was very helpful and Manu explained all the options. I was comparing other vehicles and so far I am very happy with the selection and expedience of the staff. The only small issue is that I also wanted to buy the studded winter tires and another salesperson explained to me that studs are not allowed in Lower Mainland. I settled on good tires but without studs. Later on, I googled that it was not true. However I feel that the winter tires I bought will do. Michael J More

Horrible service Took my newly acquired suv that I purchased used. Was one year old and when I would brake I would hear a grinding noise . Took it to north shore Kia, explained what I was hearing then an hour later said car was ready and bill was $79 . On bill was mechanic note saying dust on brake rotors cleaned off noise is gone.
