I would give this a 0 star rating if I could. So, we had bought our Jeep Cherokee a few years back, so when it came time for warrantee work we naturally brought it back to the dealership. I was squeezed in, and then was told I missed my appointment (even though my SUV was dropped off at 6am). Brought it in for a clicking noise when I turned. They diagnosed it as a wheel bearing.. I knew this didn't seem right but figured they were the "professionals" . Get my car back 2 days later, ITS STILL MAKING THE SAME SOUND. Call back and try to get ahold on my Service advisor 3 times, tell them that it in fact was NOT wheel bearings and that I would not being paying another diagnostic fee. They agreed and I brought my vehicle back in. This I where the mayhem starts. My vehicle was brought in Wednesday morning at 930 am, I did not hear ANYTHING until Thursday 10 minutes before close. When they informed me that my Jeep was sent to jeep without my knowledge or permission and that they will do the work although Toyota will hold the warrantee order. Which again fine. My jeep was gone for OVER TWO WEEKS. CV axles and control arm. Over the next 2 weeks I called my service advisor 5 times, trying to be understanding that it was around Christmas and New year's. Finally, the Thursday Jan 2 I tried to call 3 times. No response. So I called Jeep myself to see what the status on it was. That is when he informed me that I am NOT ALLOWED to pick up my own car but that THE WORK WAS COMPLETED DECEMBER 23rd!!!! I called a 4th time and requested someone come to the phone, did not care who it was as I was making a point that I would be there the next day by 12 to get my car and it best be there. The next day all the did was offer to wipe down my car as an apology. but in the mean time threw EVERYTHING out of the back of my jeep into the back seat leaving a mess for me to clean up before I could put my son in it. My partner has tried to contact the service manager multiple times to have our concerns heard, and have not heard anything in return, almost 2 weeks later. 0 STAR DO NOT RECOMMEND. We will not be back EVER More

Sonja was great in helping us with all the final details on the purchase agreement. Here's hoping that dealing with the service department is as good. More

Took my 2014 toyota Corolla in for an Estimate on Passenger door lock Front and passenger door back not working. Got an estimate for $720.+ $159 diagnostic +taxes. Agreed to pay for latch at around Passenger door lock Front and passenger door back not working. Got an estimate for $720.+ $159 diagnostic +taxes. Agreed to pay for latch at around $600 (For refurbished unit, instead) but The dealer still wanted to charge me for the Diagnostic. It is very easy to identify that an actuator for a lock is not working. Diagnostic Should not be part of the bill of sale. PLUS, initially wasn't told about diagnostic cost. Never signed off on paying for an one(Isn’t the law that they need your permission before you are charged something at a garage?) but yet I was charged for one. How ridiculous! Thought no problem, I will pay for the diagnostic but now I cannot afford to get my locks fixed so I asked to be given a detailed quote on exactly what needed to be replaced and how much time it would take, so I could take it to a better garage. That detail was not included in the bill of sale that I paid for. I would strongly NOT recommend the North London dealership. I am very surprised that they are still in business. Customer service is TERRIBLE!! I wish I would have taken it to Competition Toyota, which I have dealt with many times. Next time, I would drive 30 minutes there then go to North London Toyota, which is only around the corner from my house. Please, please, please save your Hard earned money. Go to a reputable garage, instead. More

This dealerships communication is very poor. I’ve been a valued customer for many years and they have been very disappointing to deal with. They didnt communicate any information and details abo I’ve been a valued customer for many years and they have been very disappointing to deal with. They didnt communicate any information and details about their complimentary package. Therefore my warranty is waived and they won’t help with anything. If you live in the London area do yourself a favour and never go here. The service department is awful and they do unnecessary services on your vehicles. More
