Pleasant and enjoyable experience, Thanks so much Rick! We came to Competition Toyota hoping to have an enjoyable and honest time of checking out the models, details and of course to find the right price. We were met with a smiling, energetic young man who made us feel right at home from the start. He listened so well and was attentive to all our questions. Patiently he showed us around and answered all my son's technical questions and those of the family (including two granddaughters). My main concerns were safety and cost. This fellow, Rick Petrella, know his cars and made certain we understood what we wanted to know. He encouraged me (a senior) to try the cars out and showed me all the features and how to feel comfortable with the vehicles, covering the basic uses right up to the Bluetooth features and more. We discussed price and warranties and Competition Toyota is clear and straight forward with any details you could want to know. Their warranties are fabulous on their vehicles. After a couple test drives we narrowed down our choice and then Rick offered to send us on our way for a few hours so we could discuss privately what our thoughts were on this vehicle. This was very generous and appreciated by the whole family. We returned and discussed further and came to an arrangement and decided to lease a 2015 Toyota Corolla! Everyone involved in the process was courteous and helpful and it was a very pleasant, honest and up front experience. In just a few days I returned, they took my 2003 Toyota Corolla as a trade in, handled all the licencing and ownership paperwork, plated and stickered the 2015 Corolla and after a few signatures I was the new owner. After a detailed tour of my new car behind the wheel and setting up the Bluetooth and radio stations then patiently instructing me on the 'reverse camera' screen I was ready to leave. Thanks to Rick Petrella and Competition Toyota this was definitely an honest and enjoyable experience. I have every confidence behind the wheel of my new Toyota, I have total confidence in the safety of the vehicle and the warranties that ensure a smooth ride ahead as I go about my busy days and helping with the grand children . . . . .Thanks again Rick and look forward to our business dealings in the future.
