useless dealer around went to get my oil change one day and also had a nail in one of my tires told them to repair tire while they do the oil change got my truck asked them if they fixed my tire they s day and also had a nail in one of my tires told them to repair tire while they do the oil change got my truck asked them if they fixed my tire they said mechanic couldn't see the nail went out side with him didn't even bend over and showed him myself that there didn't fly with me already and they wanted to charge me for a free repair then i was the first to call about my engine recall in march we are now in October never heard from them since i will never buy or use this dealership ever again they should close doors for good More
My vehicle went in for a recall issue, it has been there for over a week now. The parts keep on being delayed, so a 2 day job has now taken 1 week and counting. Next vehicle will not be purchased at this dealership, this has been my 3 rd strike! More
Do not get your winter/summer tires changed here! It takes these guys 1.5hrs to do a 30 minute (or less) job. Okay, maybe an extra 15 minutes for the complimentary car wash. I would not recommend buying a car from North London Toyota due to their unethical sales practices. I went in two weeks ago to inquire about purchasing a used car and I wanted to document my terrible ex Toyota due to their unethical sales practices. I went in two weeks ago to inquire about purchasing a used car and I wanted to document my terrible experience here. I made an offer on a used Toyota and we could not come to a deal we both agreed upon so I walked away. Two weeks later, the salesman calls me up and informs me that they were having some issue with this other buyer and they would like to take me up on my offer if I was still interested in the vehicle. I said I would be if they would honour my original offer. Later on in the evening, they say they cannot take my offer because it would cause them to lose too much money on the vehicle. Funny, because you're the ones who called me, not the other way around. Although I was slightly perturbed with this, I proceeded to make a counter offer for the vehicle which the salesman entertained for 2 days. We negotiated over minute details before he said he had to speak to the other client (which I didn't understand why until later). He then informs me that he cannot sell me the car because the other client (buyer) had already put down $10000 on the car and had the bill of sale, thus they were not able to back out of that sale until later. He said he would let me know in a few days. So here I thought that I was negotiating in good faith when they were trying to sell me a car that was already sold, which is a complete waste of my time. Especially because I already walked away from the deal and you bring me back in to play stupid games and try to sell me a car that you have no business selling AGAIN. I believe that this behaviour is not only unprofessional but unethical. If you have already sold a vehicle to someone else, do not bother contacting other clients trying to sell them the same vehicle. I will be filing a complaint with OMVIC about your dealership as I don't believe you are forthcoming in your sales practices. Also just in case the other client of a white Toyota Crown is reading this review. I don't know what is going with your deal but know that they are actively trying to renege on it with the $10,000 deposit. More
