In past new car purchases I have found that based in price range of comparable cars there isn’t much difference in the actual vehicles, our motor vehicles have ranged between $2500 (new) to $190,000 (used), we currently own 7 vehicles, ranging from scooters to a motor coach. The difference is in the service. Mazda has proven at the bottom of the list. We went to a non-Mazda place for our first oil change because it was so difficult to get one without booking ahead one week! I have been very loyal to Infiniti because of the extremely high level of service - in Denver my oil changes included a valet service and a car to use for the day! Unfortunately they do not offer that in Canada, so I have been going somewhere else. We also own a Cadillac and a Mitsubishi - Infiniti is by far the best. This morning I had a call from a Mazda service person who was very cheerful when I told her we went somewhere else for our service! Are you kidding me? It seems to me that most of your profits come from the service department, not on car sales. I am writing because after spending $20,000 cash, I expect more. More

Dealer replaced mirror or parts or mirror to repair shaking. Now power adjustor does not work properly. Mirror glass had finger prints all over it and pieces of wire connector left inside. Horrible horrible service. Mounted a tire INSIDE OUT. Horrible horrible service. Mounted a tire INSIDE OUT. Went flat and could have been disastrous as I discovered the issue just before driving on the Horrible horrible service. Mounted a tire INSIDE OUT. Went flat and could have been disastrous as I discovered the issue just before driving on the highway. Had to replace the tire as it was not repairable. Every oil change I get, the check engine light comes on two days later. They refuse to diagnose the problem and tell me I have to pay them over $100, even though THEY were the ones tinkering under the hood. Told me I needed to replace the power steering fluid, even though it was done only 3 months prior at a different garage. Told me I needed to pay to have a gasket replaced because it was leaking, when they performed that exact service less than a year prior. When I called them out on this and told them they could warranty repair it, I never heard back from the manager, nor has the issue been brought up since and I have been there twice since. GUESS IT'S NOT THAT LEAKY AFTER ALL! These people don't care about your business, your safety, or your bank account, only theirs. I will not be returning EVER AGAIN. More

Ever since I brought my car for a recall into this dealership, it's been going downhill into the fiery pits of car xxxx. My mazda3 2008 got recalled in for a power steering pump replacement. They changed it but a few weeks later, the plastic plate covering the bottom of the car came lose and dragged along the road as I drove causing all kinds of unwanted attention. Nails were flying out denting my windshield and it became very unsafe to drive any further. I got them to tow and fix it, and since they were friendly in admitting the problems, I let them fix my air conditioner as well. Worst mistake ever. When I got the car back (with air con and other broken parts that they are always so keen on discovering fixed), the bumper was unaligned, new scratch marks were seen all over my car, and the grille was worn out and cracked for a $1000 job. They shoved the bumper back in place but denied all the other problems. I went away angry but still convincing myself that cosmetic issues should be cheap to fix myself. Not even a week later, my power steering malfunctions and it's in the this dam dealership again. Of course they're denying it's their fault and friendly faces have never been seen again. Don't ever go here to get your car fixed cause their workmanship is xxxx, and you'll end up spending way over your budget. Don't get a mazda either. More
