Friendly and speedy customer service! I've only been to this location twice for minor work (replacing a headlight and taillight), but I have to commend the folks for their friendly attitud I've only been to this location twice for minor work (replacing a headlight and taillight), but I have to commend the folks for their friendly attitude and hard work. The second time I came to have my taillight replaced, they did it in half an hour before I went to work. I can't tell you what a positive experience it is to bring my car here - I would recommend this to anyone, not just Mazda owners. Great work! More

Very happy I checked out North Hill Mazda! I was looking for a car in December 2015 due to the fact I'd been in a car accident and my car, which was a 2009 Mazda 3, had been written off. North Hill was my second day of looking after a rather disappointing first day and while my first day felt like I was dealing with salespeople, I never got that feeling at North Hill, Marek Pawlikowski was friendly, compassionate and very helpful - and incredibly passionate about Mazda vehicles and what they can do! Before I left that day, a deposit had been made on my current 2015 Mazda 3! Danielle in financing was just as friendly as Marek, and I felt like I was in good hands throughout the whole process! It's been just over a month and I love my car and have happily showed it off to friends, coworkers and social media! I would highly recommend North Hill Mazda to anyone, whether you've driven a Mazda before or not (and you really should do a test drive, they are fun and functional cars!). Diane A More

I would recommend this dealership for your service, or buying your car, as they have a 4+ Star rating on Google, and Yelp, from real customers, not these fake ones below, that are clearly from made up posts, from competitors most likely. Love Northhill Mazda I have been going to Northhill Mazda for a while to service my Mazda 3. Every time I go in, the staff are so friendly and knowledgable. They understan I have been going to Northhill Mazda for a while to service my Mazda 3. Every time I go in, the staff are so friendly and knowledgable. They understand my needs and concerns and to my surprise go beyond just servicing my vehicle and washed my car and fixed a large dent in my rear bumper by hammering it out with no extra charge. Just what I needed as I have recently lost my job so it was very much appreciated. More

What Service? We recently purchased a new Mazda 3 for our daughter, by the way she loves her car. In past new car purchases I have found that based in price ran We recently purchased a new Mazda 3 for our daughter, by the way she loves her car. In past new car purchases I have found that based in price range of comparable cars there isn’t much difference in the actual vehicles, our motor vehicles have ranged between $2500 (new) to $190,000 (used), we currently own 7 vehicles, ranging from scooters to a motor coach. The difference is in the service. Mazda has proven at the bottom of the list. We went to a non-Mazda place for our first oil change because it was so difficult to get one without booking ahead one week! I have been very loyal to Infiniti because of the extremely high level of service - in Denver my oil changes included a valet service and a car to use for the day! Unfortunately they do not offer that in Canada, so I have been going somewhere else. We also own a Cadillac and a Mitsubishi - Infiniti is by far the best. This morning I had a call from a Mazda service person who was very cheerful when I told her we went somewhere else for our service! Are you kidding me? It seems to me that most of your profits come from the service department, not on car sales. I am writing because after spending $20,000 cash, I expect more. More
Dealer replaced mirror or parts or mirror to repair shaking. Now power adjustor does not work properly. Mirror glass had finger prints all over it and pieces of wire connector left inside.
