This has been an exceptionally difficult time for both dealership and customer. We were waiting quite a long time for our vehicle and Brent had to make a number of difficult phone calls. But through it all Brent was so amazing and very professional. We understood that it was not his fault or the dealerships fault for the delay in delivery. We were clear on the expectations. Then there was Dawn the Finance Manager. She was fantastic as well. Both worked so hard to ensure everything for our new 2022 Rav Hybrid was taken care of. We worked with Dawn to find the right Extended Warranty for us and they both had the highest level of customer service, understanding and professionalism that I have ever come across.
