We drove from Temiscaming to North Bay yesterday for the scheduled appointment on 17th of October. We just found at the Toyota service department that no appointment was scheduled contrary to the email con scheduled appointment on 17th of October. After waiting 2 hrs, we returned to check the status of the maintenance. Our truck was still in the main entrance and nothing was done. We did not have time to wait another 2 hrs or more and we just left. We have lost half a day and spent fuel for nothing. More
