I am disappointed with the level of service provided by this dealership. Unfortunately, my brand new electric 2023 vehicle stopped functioning properly after just two months of use. The car's basic functio this dealership. Unfortunately, my brand new electric 2023 vehicle stopped functioning properly after just two months of use. The car's basic functionality, such as movement and battery life, has been severely compromised. Despite seven days of investigation, the dealership identified a faulty component as the cause of the issue. While I understand that such incidents can happen, it has been frustrating to learn that the replacement part is on backorder, resulting in my car sitting idle at the dealership for the past five weeks. Moreover, I was not provided with a replacement vehicle during this time, and the dealership has been lacking in communication regarding the status of my car. It required numerous phone calls and my involvement with Nissan Canada to secure a rental car, even though the dealership has electric courtesy vehicles available. This lack of attentiveness to customer service is disheartening. Given my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to others seeking a satisfactory car-buying or servicing experience. More
Best service ever from all staff in the service department. They are always going out of their way to assure that you are happy and satisfied with the service and work that they provide. I have never been disapointed with the sales and service depts. A special hats off to the service manager Haig Narinian who recently went out of his way to help me out with a minor accident I had at a McDonalds with my car.he took care of all the repairs with the owner of McDonalds..A special thanks also goes to the owner of McDdonalds I will always remain a faithful customer to his restaurant on st jacques as well as gabriel nissan on st jacques. Really disapointed with staff methods for covid-19 prevention. At least 10employees we're present zero masks, zero social distancing between employees AND customers. Kept our $4059 security deposit after lease transfer! Confirmer our $4059 security deposit will be reimbursed automatically by Nissan finance within 1 week by after we transfer our lease. They took an additional security deposit from the guy who took over the lease, charged us the transfer fees and gave the car to the new guy. Nissan finance now says that they should have reimbursed us. They blame each other and both refuse to refund. It’s been 8 weeks. This money was to pay our daughter school fees. I am not sure what we are going to do. And there customer service doesn’t reply to our emails. Please avoid them at any cost!! They are really friendly but they are not faithful! More
