I bought a used car there as market price, after two weeks I found out that the car has had been repaired, one side of car was totaly repaired. So I return and asked for return of car, they didn't accept and after sending a formal notice and going once more, they refused my request. So I claimed at small plaints and after 6 months they accepted to return the car and pay me back my money. Becarefull!! More

Worst of all I bought the nissan micra and had to relocate to the US for work and they refused to reimburse me the service plan and extended warranty even after I explained to them that the car does not meet US standards. They refused to get back to me in a timely manner and when I asked it I could have it modified for importation I never got response. Just a costumer service email saying they need the US title and registration, which is impossible to get since it can't be imported. I will never buy another Nissan vet I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Nissan and even less this dealership! More

Do not go unless you want bad service and get ripped off I had an issue with my intelligent key few times with my Murano 2015, and I left the car for the day to get service. They tried to charge me 37$ for " I had an issue with my intelligent key few times with my Murano 2015, and I left the car for the day to get service. They tried to charge me 37$ for "no reason" and they didn't fix my problem. I refused to pay ! They blame "USB charger, phone, other cars and USB cables" in my car for the issue.they gave me some papera about how USB charger in the car can get the intelligent key issues! My appointment was at 10, they took my car after 2 pm ! I went in USA New Hempshire NISSAN ( Peters Nissan of Nashua) and they said "no one did any repair with your serial in Canada, they said that "USB charging phon or safety front camera issue is non sense" and they fixed it for free in 20 min" they even washed my car and vacuumed for free in USA! They saw my car at exact time in United States! They also did my ABS recall immediately and they kept my car by law in USA for safety reasons and gave me a remplacement for few hours in less than 10 min! If I was you, I would not trust them at all! I would NEVER trust Nissan Canada service again! 4 times service done in USA and no words how is different More
