I went to Nisku Ford and spoke to John Tymchyshyn who made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. He took me for a test drive in a Ford Escape and a Ford Edge. I really liked the Ford Edge. He explained the different financing options in great detail.. He explained all of the options that were available on the Edge. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle from deciding on what I wanted to signing the papers. I did not feel pressured at any time. The finance dept. was great as well. I truly felt that I got a great price on my trade and a great deal on the purchase of my 2017 Ford Edge. I love driving it everyday. Roxane S More

Over and above service Today I had issues with my FOB not working, I phoned Norm. I was already having a bad day but he really came though . Nisku Ford saves the day! We drove from Regina to Edmonton for a winter getaway with no heater blower up front, just ambient heat & heated seats. I visited one Ford dealer who “fixed” the problem, only to have the problem return the next time I drove the car, 2 days later. I visited a different Ford dealer, who wouldn’t even write up my car until I commit to leaving the car for the day, and wouldn’t even commit to fixing my car that day. They offered ZERO assistance. I had to locate the part I needed myself. Nisku Ford had the part, and commmitted over the phone to fix my car that day, ensuring I had heat in the car before heading home. The staff were super friendly, very helpful, and I was in & out in an hour. Nisku Ford saves my day, and my trip home! More
