I purchased my Jeep through Scott Dickinson. I saw it on Auto Trader and quickly texted him at 7am to which he responded. I was in the dealership by 9:30 am looking at my new Jeep. His friendly, professional attitude, along with his knowledge of the products, helped me with all the decisions you did not think you would have to make. Thankyou Shannon. I have got to say, although I was so impressed with the early morning response from Scott and the fantastic service from Shannon, I am super impressed with Sheri ( I hope I spelled your name right) from the service dept. I booked a service appointment for my softtop to be installed on my Jeep. Sheri went above and beyond. I was so impressed with her knowledge and approach. Sheri took time to walk me through the mechanics of the soft top. Thankyou for your patience. After dealing with you through the service department, I feel more confident about installing the Soft top on my own. Your tips and tricks made the difference. I did not get a chance to deal with any others, but if the rest of the team are half of impressive as Scott in Used Cars, Shannon in Afersale and Finance and Sheri in Service at Niagara Chrysler Dodge Jeep they have a winning team. Called the used car manager scott who was dealing with me in purchasing. He told me its not his department talk to service dept and we are talking about next day after delivery. Still called the service dept and they said that can get me after 4 or 5 days to look into it. Wasn’t happy with the answer so i contacted the owner and he got me in next day. After five days found so many problems booked another appointment and then they replaced the front rotors and fixed the alignment and told me that gear shift jerk is normal cant do anything and they cannot find issues about noise coming from vented seats. Wasnt happy with the service emailed owner again and then he transferred my issues to the service head ken. This guy found the issues for gear shift, vented seats and he found that wheels in the back are bent. The owner called me and told me that he can replace the old wheels with new ones . I thought he is gonna get me something good after researching found that cost of wheel on the truck is 1800 dollars and the wheels he offered me was only 250 each online. Said straight to them no fix my wheels. This kind of disrespectful offer i got from the owner .Just to tell you this we are talking about this all in a month period. They fixed the wheels, vented seats and gear shift jerk. I thought this is the end of the problems. Again i found that on highway steering is still bumbling called again got another appointment. They said there was wheel balancing issue. After doing wheel balancing the service head ken and myself went on drive but the issue was still there. He suggested me he cannot do anything and i can get new wheels and tire out of my pocket and maybe this can solve the problem. Now found out one more thing about rust protection. Morgan told me that this will cover eight years from the moment you buy and now I got the letter from FCA where i found it only good for 4 years. I Don’t even wanna call them and talk about this issue cos i m so done with them. There is so much to the story about their josh sales manager and their statement change regarding vehicle exchange. I am even tired of writing this big review. I wonder I am getting this kind of treating after buying 60k truck don’t wanna imagine what kind of treatment people will observe if they buy something more affordable. Will not suggest you not to buy anything from them i am providing you my experience which can help you make your decision about your vehicle from this dealership. Navdeep singh More
