Quick diagnosis, great price and friendly staff!!! I brought my car in to as I had a shimmy in my tires and the team was able to quickly diagnose my car with warped tires from the winter and ware and t I brought my car in to as I had a shimmy in my tires and the team was able to quickly diagnose my car with warped tires from the winter and ware and tear. They were able to order the parts and have the car back to me very promptly and the cost was below my expectations. The service staff took care of me in the waiting room, the coffee is fantastic by the way! The General Manager Andrew even came out to say hello and ask if everything was ok. Niagara Chrysler has a great atmosphere. I will return again soon for an oil change...did you know your 5th one is FREE!!!! More
Customer service here was absolutely horrible!! Terry Blong the salesperson was a very nice guy, we have nothing bad to say about him but Andrew Page the manager was so rude! We had given the dealership a call soon after we bought our used Jeep to say that the radio was not working and neither were the high beams. They told us they had safetied the vehicle and that there was nothing wrong with it so they couldn't help us. In the meantime we had brought it away to Eichenburg Chrysler in Tillsonburg as this is the closest dealership and they looked at it and noticed the wiring was all wrong for the headlights/high beams and the wrong antenna was on so it wouldn't catch any signal. We called them back and spoke to Andrew Page who was starting to become angry at us, when my husband said he didn't think he wanted to do business with Niagara Chrysler anymore Andrew said good because he didn't want our business anyways! Eichenburg called Niagara Chrylser and they settled it so we did not have to pay for the repairs that should have been made when they safetied the vehicle. Another thing was the week after we purchased the vehicle the light came on for an oil change, I'm pretty sure for good customer service they should service vehicles when they are sold so the customer doesn't have to get an oil change a week later. Also, there was no owners manual included with the Jeep and were told we would have to buy one for $50. You would think this would be included in a purchase that was $36000??? I would never recommend this dealership to anyone as you do not know what you are getting into when buying a vehicle as they do not safety it properly and do not go out of their way IN THE LEAST to please customers. More

Went in to purchase a new truck. Steve had a very chessey used car salesman personality. Told him I was a repeat customer, didn't seem to care. Tried to do a deal for a 2012 Ram quad cab and basiclly told me used car salesman personality. Told him I was a repeat customer, didn't seem to care. Tried to do a deal for a 2012 Ram quad cab and basiclly told me if I didn't like the price there was the door. So needless to say, we went to Performance Chrysler in St.Catherines and we are now the proud owners of a 2012 Ram 1500 Sport Quad Cab 4x4. Thank you Steve for giving us the brush off. Because of your poor attitude and customer service we would have never ventured into Performance Chrysler where our experience was amazing.I would highly recommend this dealership. Especially Paul Eccles. Great salesman. Even though I purchased my Jeep at this dealership, I will no longer bring it there for service calls. I will gladly drive to St. Catharines just because they know how to make a customer feel appricated. More

This is a classic example of the distressed traveler primed to be taken advantage of. These people treated me better than I could ever have imagined. They were more than fair, courteous, honest and considerate. I have had a blessed experience. I could have taken the vehicle to a number of locations, but I thought that I should see a 'specialist' who would be knowledgeable about my type of car. It was an excellent choice and I am very pleased. I would recommend them highly. I had the opportunity to speak to other customers in the waiting area, and they were all comfortable with the choice of Niagara Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I am too. More
