I talked to Shane and he said come on in ,, ... upon arrival Shane greeted me .. reviewed the issues and promptly had a mechanic looking at the my Jeep .. it turned out that the was some warranty coverage for part of the problem and he also advised me about caliper servicing regularly ... we did that as well... I was very happy with my experience .. no worries no stress .. I will now be call Shane for all of the Jeeps needs ... .. More
STRESS FREE VISIT WE BROKE DOWN IN THE FALLS ON A FAMILY VACATION. WE CALLED ON MONDAY MORNING SPOKE TO JOE HE SAID HAVE OUR TRUCK TOWED OVER TO THE DEALERSHIP AND HE W WE BROKE DOWN IN THE FALLS ON A FAMILY VACATION. Do your self a favor and do not buy your vehicle from this dealership, it will save you from a stressful situation . I purchased a 2015 jeep grand Cherokee a week and a half ago. The jeep has been in the shop twice, and still not fixed. The service department advisor Shane clarkson has an incredible attitude when asked what was wrong with my vehicle. Finally after bringing the jeep in twice I had to go to another dealership to have my front rotors changed, brake maintenance, and an alignment done, all in 14 days of owning the jeep, all which those expenses had to come out of my own pocket because it wasn't covered under warranty.. We went back to speak with the general sales manager Andrew Page who was a whole other kind of "don't give a xxxx" character. We showed him the bill that we had just gotten, and said there is no way this issue just showed up, it was well evident before you sold us the vehicle. all he did was shrug his shoulders and not care.. he said he wasn't paying for it. When I am buying a 50,000 vehicle I should NEVER be having these issues, If I had done a little more research about this dealership I would have never ever step foot in there. This dealership is unbelievable...... FIVE STARS WAY WAY DOWN. More
Repairs WHAT ever you do....DO NOT bring your vehicle in to be serviced here EVER-Niagara Chrysler Dodge Jeep 4421 Drummond Road Niagara Falls, ON L2E 6C5 WHAT ever you do....DO NOT bring your vehicle in to be serviced here EVER-Niagara Chrysler Dodge Jeep 4421 Drummond Road Niagara Falls, ON L2E 6C5 Bring it in in perfect condition with the exception to the repair that needs attention-....And in return you receive it back with the repair needing attention as it remains "UN-repaired" but in addition....you have vehicle damage. When dropping your vehicle off, yes they do a walk about looking for damage prior-yet when returning the vehicle back LOW and BEHOLD there's a crack in the windshield "Oh wait" it's something you have done....yet there is no trace of any "Stone chip, or marking indicating you yourself are responsible" the crack was a pressure crack created by the repair completed at this dealership....then your given a dealer who can repair it for as low as $400.00-yes we were even told WE had front end damage to the car.....NOT this never occurred....then we were told "Listen if my guys created the crack they would tell me" ...... I'm sure!!!!! NOT- they were working on the air conditioning Inside...the crack occurred when they were repairing In addition the Vehicle is BRAND NEW....I repeat don't ever go...horrible what they have done to my family-left feeling RIPPED OFF not ever feeling trust towards this dealership EVER More
They fixed my ECO Diesel!!!!! I had my beloved ECO Diesel Ram at Performance Chrysler for the Engine light on. I took my truck back there at least 7 times. Spoke to Joe at Niagara Chrysler and he told me he has a Tech that's an ECO diesel whisper over at his shop. So I drove all the way over from St.Catherinse. They ordered a sensor and the problem was solved!! OMG I wasted so much of my time at Performance NEVER AGAIN!!!! More

But when I took my vehicle in to get it inspected it was a whole new ball game. At first when I took my vehicle in, they couldn't figure out the problem. They said, and I quote " nothing is wrong with the vehicle it's running fine" No explanation, the Secretary gave me a letter and sent me on my way. A week later the vehicle that I purchased brand spanking new that nothing was wrong with. Leaves me stranded. So I call Niagara Chrysler again, and the person in charge JOE!! SAYS to me " get a toe truck and have it deliverd here. But isn't this something that the dealership should be doin?. Anyways the vehicle gets sent in. And get this no one is calling me back on what's going on with my car. I'm the one that has to call this guys and ask what's wrong with the car. And they said will call you when we find out. Wow grate service huh? So I call back the next day. Ya come pick up the car tmrw. Not we will pick you up or drop it off. So I get there the next day again here are your keys no explaination, when ask't for a work form, responds was we will mail it to you. Great service! I had issues with the other Chrysler dealer in Welland, was expressing this to a co-worker of mine and she referred me to Joe at Niagara Chrysler. She I had issues with the other Chrysler dealer in Welland, was expressing this to a co-worker of mine and she referred me to Joe at Niagara Chrysler. She gets her van serviced their as well. Called Joe, booked my oil change without any issues. He arrange a shuttle ride for me and pIck-up. Did not miss a beat in my busy teaching schedule! Service I expected from the other dealer that I never received! Had pleasant surprise after paying for my oil change and that was the buy 4 get the 5th oil change for free! Who gives anything away any more? Awesome service. Great people! More
ENGINE LIGHT ON DID NOT NEED AN APPOINTMENT ! I just wanted to thank the service staff at niagara chrysler. I was at a car show in the falls from out of town and my engine light came on. I called 2 other Chrysler dealerships and they would not look at my truck until Monday this was a Saturday. I spoke with Joe and he said come right in. Had me fixed up and on my way in less then an hour! Very friendly and welcoming! Thank you guys for the peace of mind! More
SERVICE FINANCING !!! I was involved in a minor car accident and took it the service dept. I spoke with Joe and he was very friendly and helpful in my situation. I wanted to settled without the insurance company getting involved so my rates would not jump up !! Joe offered me financing solutions which really has great with christmas around the corner. I also was able to buy winter tires for my car at the same time and financed all my repairs !! Because I bought winter tires I was able to get a 5% discount on my insurance per year, I thought I was worried about it increasing because of my parking lot mishap. Joe was great and saved me lots which I was not expecting from a dealership. Niagara Chrysler has made me happy ! More
Service Department Lacking I rarely write reviews but i felt the need to as the service I received here should be noted for potential customers: I had purchased a car here cl I rarely write reviews but i felt the need to as the service I received here should be noted for potential customers: I had purchased a car here close to a year ago... a few months after purchasing I had noticed that the voice control built into the stereo would activate at random and there was a squeaking noise coming from the rear right corner of the vehicle when running over bumpy roads. 1) I had taken the car in twice to get two separate firmware updates that did not fix the issue. 2) I then brought in the car a third time and they replaced a component in the steering wheel to attempt to fix the issue 3) I had brought the car in a fourth time to have it looked at again. 4) They then ordered a new Bluetooth module and replaced it. Did not solve the issue. 5) Finally they ordered a completely new stereo to replace, only this time the replacement stereo was defective and would short out periodically during use. There was also a feint burning smell coming from the dash. 6) I then called the dealer to schedule yet another appointment so they could look at the stereo. I also mentioned that the squeaking noise has not yet been addressed during the 6 times I took the vehicle in. They said that they did not want to attempt to fix it without having a back up glass panel available in case they made a mistake and damaged the current headliner. They said the part was not available in Canada and would take over a month to receive it. Also, they would not be able to bring the car in for over a week as they were booked fully. During the last few visits to this dealer I was never given one apology for having to take a vehicle in over 5 times to have a simple issue corrected. They also thought it would be a good idea to make sarcastic jokes about how often I was here. I finally gave up and called the St. Catharines Chrysler dealer, I was able to bring in the vehicle the next day. Within one hour they realigned the headliner and corrected the squeaking issue immediately. They then ordered in a new stereo as they confirmed the replacement stereo I received was defective. When the functional stereo was received I was asked to bring in the vehicle immediately and since then have not had one issue. What took Niagara Chrysler 3+ months to worsen a situation... St. Catharines Chrysler resolved the issue in little over a week. In short, if you purchase a vehicle from this dealer... use St. Catharines Chrysler for their service as they are above and beyond the competency of the Niagara Falls location. More
