However, to purchase a new car at this dealership, it seems you need to work your way through three people. First was Amberre, then her sales manager that dealt with the numbers to make the deal, and finally the financial services manager to work out incentives and finalize the deal. Somewhere in the middle a mistake was made in the price we agreed upon, so by the time we dealt with Kyle, the financial manager, he couldn't initially give us the car package at the agreed upon price. We obviously were very disappointed. Kyle worked with us through some incentives to at least get us more for the extra amount we'd have to pay due to their error. Although this wasn't ideal, we thought it was fair and still ended up buying the car. In the week before we got the car, a few things seemed to fall between the cracks due to the number of people involved in the sale. When we picked up the car not everything was completed. It took two more visits before everything was rectified. In each instance, Amberre stepped up for us, and got us everything that we were supposed to receive. I think all parties involved meant well, but the miscommunication and pricing mistake left us with a bit of a bad taste. Having said that, in the end we are happy with our car and all issues are now resolved. More

Excellent courteous service! My husband and I went into the Newmarket Nissan dealership to look at a new Murano Premium. We were only just considering purchasing a new vehicle and My husband and I went into the Newmarket Nissan dealership to look at a new Murano Premium. We were only just considering purchasing a new vehicle and were interested in seeing the Murano. Our plan was to look at several other brands ( especially Lincoln and Toyota) before making any decisions. We were greeted by Mellisa Shelley upon our arrival and immediately felt very comfortable with her. She is a bubbly and enthusiastic person with an incredible knowledge of the Nissan vehicles and their features. She is a "no pressure" professional and by the time we left, I felt as if I had made a new friend. There was no intent on our part to purchase a vehicle that day but we drove away, not in a Murano but in a new Pathfinder Platinum that very afternoon. This vehicle wasn't even on our radar! There was one in the showroom and we quite liked it. Melissa took us out for a test drive and we were sold. She then worked with Brian to arrive at a deal that we were all happy with. As this was a very impulsive decision on our part, Melissa went out of her way to make sure that we had all of the info about the SUV and were making the right choice for us! I would highly recommend paying her a visit if you are considering buying a vehicle. More

Moved from Toyota to Nissan I had almost planned to go again with Toyota, but wanted to check out the equivalent with Nissan (the Rogue vs the Toyota Rav4). Met with Amberre and I had almost planned to go again with Toyota, but wanted to check out the equivalent with Nissan (the Rogue vs the Toyota Rav4). Met with Amberre and she is so nice and friendly. Took the time necessary to figure out what was the best match for my needs. No pressuring. Got questions answered, did a test drive, and after a few hours decided to go for it. The Rogue impressed me and I felt I got a pretty good deal well under MSRP (dealt with Gurp on that aspect). Fair price on my trade in as well (same as Toyota dealer offered me). Financing work all with Kyle. Knowledgeable and did a good job of outlining my options. On pickup several days later Amberre was there for the help to figure out all the new features I didnt have on the previous vehicle. The Rogue is luxury compared to the old car. I love it. Friendliness and followup with Amberre is great. Look forward to a great ongoing relationship with Newmarket Nissan. (Get that WIFI fixed! ha ha). More

The fact that I did not feel any pressure from Amberre to make a purchase was extremely impressive to me. When it came time for financing, Kyle was very down to earth and he took his time to explain everything as well as he could and answer any questions that I had. He was professional at all times and offered us exactly what we were looking for. He answered all of our questions and was able to give us a complete explanation of the car we bought, as well as a good understanding of the car buying process. We never felt like we were being "sold" and this car buying experience is the best one I've ever had. We highly recommend Newmarket Nissan and especially Josh Irvine to anyone who is thinking about buying a new or used car.
