The Cons outweigh the Pros...buth who is to blame? After reading all the reviews and finding a "good" price on the internet, I made an appointment to see the advertised Nissan Pathfinder SL (Pro #1: Re After reading all the reviews and finding a "good" price on the internet, I made an appointment to see the advertised Nissan Pathfinder SL (Pro #1: Response was very prompt). Once on site, I mentioned I am ONLY interested in the vehicle that was advertised, was given an initial quote $10,000 higher?? (Con #1: After a year of comparing, I know what I want, don't sell me something else). The Manager did know what vehicle I was talking about and wanted me to show where it was on the web (Con #2: Should have had ALL this information from my original email). The vehicle was not on site and I ask for confirmation of the mileage (Con #3: Was told about 8,500 km, had slightly over 10,000 km 4 days later when I picked it up???). Was asked if I want to pick it up Monday, said Wednesday is the only day I could make it, was told it would be ready at 4:30 Wednesday, was not ready till Thursday at 5:00 (Con #4: Didn't get a call till late Wednesday that it wouldn't be ready and THEY WERE STILL FINISHING IT ON THURSDAY BY THE TIME I GOT THERE). In summary, the experience started of very positive and I truly enjoyed the people I dealt with (seemed very positive and helpful) however, the issues that arose made me leave with the impression that the advertised car was designed only to get customers in. I would say the staff I dealt with would make me want to come back however, the experience definitely makes me have second doubts.... More
