Flat Tire I bought a 2015 Tucson Limited and had to have a tire repaired, less than 300k (100 of on the suv when I picked it up). Was not pleased when the tire I bought a 2015 Tucson Limited and had to have a tire repaired, less than 300k (100 of on the suv when I picked it up). Was not pleased when the tire wasn't replaced. I'm sure the vehicle came with the issue (very slow leak) I had to pay for the repair. Not happy! More

Sirius wasn't connected at the beginning, but he persevered to finally get it hooked up. I am happy with my purchase. More
Disappointed We thought we found a great used vehicle. We agreed to the sticker price with a full brake job. Problems started as soon as we put down a deposit. We went to pick up the car when it was convenient for them. We tried to pay for the car using credit card but they wouldn't accept it. Apparently it's against their policy even though they had no problem taking our deposit using a credit card. They actually sent us to the bank. Fine. But when we returned the car wasn't actually ready. They didn't get plates! And they only had 1 set of keys. They promised to order a new set. Still haven't heard from them. To top it all off they did a brake job but not as promised. When questioned they told us they didn't feel a full brake job was necessary. We asked to speak to management and were told that the manager was on vacation. No one is willing to step up and admit their wrong doing and no one will talk to us. Horrible customer service! Such a disappointment. More

From the first greeting by a sales rep, to the girls that work in the front desk, to the final vehicle delivery, it was a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Dan worked hard on our behalf to get us great value in our vehicle purchase. Upon delivery Dan had setup things in the vehicle ahead of time for our convenience, and assisted my wife and I with the new technologies we would be enjoying. Thanks for a great first experience, and hopefully the beginning of a lengthy relationship. More

It's already stressful buying a car and then having to deal with a car salesman ... The task can be daunting. Luckily we went to Newmarket Hyundai!!! We had an absolutely stress free experience. We dealt with Dan at the dealership and he definatley made the experience a great one. Dan was very friendly, listened to our needs and never made us feel like we were wasting his time. I am always greeted by name and have any problem looked after in a timely manner. I would also say that I appreciate the new service of having my car washed.
