Poor after sale service Need to improve service after sale. Bought 2011 Accent new in March, the car itself rate a 6 out of 10. Had clunk in front end, found out needed link Need to improve service after sale. Bought 2011 Accent new in March, the car itself rate a 6 out of 10. Had clunk in front end, found out needed link kit, told was common on this car also asked about warranty was quickly told sorry 4 years/ 60000. Had kit replaced by local mechanic ($220). Now starter is acting up, called fellow at another Hyundai dealer for answers. Told me my car was still under warranty 5 years/100000 and will replace starter, replace stop lamp switch (recall) and anything else they can find. REALLY TICKED OFF!!! More

I was told once by a tow truck driver that they have NEVER towed a Hyundai in all their experience so I thought I would give one a try. Glad we spent the time because our experience was positive and we ended up getting what we were looking for. Newmarket Hyundai is only 30 min North of Toronto and being so close to the 404, its a great location for test driving a vehicle. While Aurora said what we wanted was not available and no other dealer had any, Newmarket did. They had plenty and even offered to get others in if we wanted a different color. It was very refreshing to to have a salesman like Clarence help us. He spent lots of time with us and showed us all the import little things we were interested in. We were really impressed with Hyundai and how they have changed over the years. When it comes to design, features and the luxury feeling they are really high up there now. We looked at others, many others. Nothing felt as right nor impressed us as much. If I had to buy another vehicle today, I would surely return here. More
