Newmarket Hyundai Saves The Day! After a horrible experience dealing with Aurora Hyundai we decided to come here to Newmarket Hyundai. Glad we spent the time because our experience was positive and we ended up getting what we were looking for. Newmarket Hyundai is only 30 min North of Toronto and being so close to the 404, its a great location for test driving a vehicle. While Aurora said what we wanted was not available and no other dealer had any, Newmarket did. They had plenty and even offered to get others in if we wanted a different color. It was very refreshing to to have a salesman like Clarence help us. He spent lots of time with us and showed us all the import little things we were interested in. We were really impressed with Hyundai and how they have changed over the years. When it comes to design, features and the luxury feeling they are really high up there now. We looked at others, many others. Nothing felt as right nor impressed us as much. If I had to buy another vehicle today, I would surely return here. More

Flat Tire I bought a 2015 Tucson Limited and had to have a tire repaired, less than 300k (100 of on the suv when I picked it up). I'm sure the vehicle came with the issue (very slow leak) I had to pay for the repair. Not happy! More

Upon delivery Dan had setup things in the vehicle ahead of time for our convenience, and assisted my wife and I with the new technologies we would be enjoying. Disappointed We thought we found a great used vehicle. We agreed to the sticker price with a full brake job. Problems started as soon as we put down a deposit. We went to pick up the car when it was convenient for them. We tried to pay for the car using credit card but they wouldn't accept it. Apparently it's against their policy even though they had no problem taking our deposit using a credit card. They actually sent us to the bank. Fine. But when we returned the car wasn't actually ready. They didn't get plates! And they only had 1 set of keys. They promised to order a new set. Still haven't heard from them. To top it all off they did a brake job but not as promised. When questioned they told us they didn't feel a full brake job was necessary. We asked to speak to management and were told that the manager was on vacation. No one is willing to step up and admit their wrong doing and no one will talk to us. Horrible customer service! Such a disappointment. More

We dealt with Dan at the dealership and he definatley made the experience a great one. Dan was very friendly, listened to our needs and never made us feel like we were wasting his time.
